The hub and spoke model is a different approach to economic development where the expertise and business support resources of the Community Navigator Network are pooled and targeted to better deliver assistance to underserved business communities throughout Wyoming. Here’s how each Community Navigator member is doing their part to help small businesses rebuild, recover and diversify.
Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network
The Wyoming Small Business Development Center Network will serve as the Hub to coordinate a strategic statewide Wyoming Community Navigator Program with six Spokes offering specialized assistance to small businesses.
Our program will direct outreach to rural, traditionally underserved, and minority small businesses and microbusinesses to gain greater access to capital, receive targeted business coaching, and, ultimately, diversify Wyoming’s economy.

What Clients Are Saying About The Wyoming SBDC Network
“I wasn’t sure what to expect when we first reached out to the Wyoming SBDC Network, but they knocked it out of the park. [My local advisor] was prompt in getting back to us, knowledgeable about the areas we needed help with, and a great guide as we worked through areas we really had very little skills or knowledge about. If anyone runs a small business or is thinking of running one, I can’t recommend enough reaching out to the Wyoming SBDC Network for assistance.”
— Justin Freeland, Co-Owner
“I am amazed and appreciative of the free marketing consulting that has been made available through SBDC by the Cares Act funds.”
