The Wyoming Community Navigator Program to Host Online Webinar Discussing ChatGPT as a Tool For Small Business Owners

The Wyoming Community Navigator Program is hosting an online training discussing how to use the AI tool, ChatGPT, as a resource for small business owners.

ChatGPT is a form of artificial intelligence that generates human-like text, videos, and images. This form of AI can be used to aid small business owners with generating website and social media content, copywriting, scheduling, and other critical tasks.

The online training, “Mastering Conversations with ChatGPT for Business,” will equip participants with the skills to leverage ChatGPT in various business applications. The workshop explores prompt engineering, content creation, writing, and customer support agents. Through interactive demonstrations and real-world examples, attendees will gain the expertise to effectively use ChatGPT to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

The webinar will take place on August 31st at 11am and will be presented by Antwoyne Gray, a Microsoft Certified Administrator specializing in Modern Business Solutions and Shaterial Starnes, founder of The Starnes Group. The Starnes Group is a financial literacy organization that offers premiere services to individuals, small business owners, not-for-profit agencies and state and local governments.
